Stinking water supply

I am a resident of Ashok Vihar, Phase - 1, Delhi-52, for the past few days the water is giving very foul smell as if sewage is being mixed with the water. On our complaint a few weeks back, the water supply improved but for the past few days, it has again started to give a very foul smell. Please do the needful before someone fell ill because this.
