Contaminated water from supply

Sir,

I am resident of Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Gali no;1. It`s happening from last 6 months, the water is very very smelly and coloured, some times it is full of lather. Many residence in my street have suffered from serious illness due to this colored water. We had lodged a complaint regarding this matter, 6 months back also at Preet Vihar DJB office, workers came, but the problem has not been not solved. So, requesting you to solve this matter as soon as possible.
