Greivance of Water Problem

I am resident of Dashrathpuri Gali No.6A. This is to inform you that there is no water supply in our pipeline for the last (5) months. When we complained to JAL BOARD, they replied that "There is short supply at main source resulting low pressure in the area. For alternate water supply water tanker deployed in Dashrath Puri. A water tanker no DL 1LE 7793 is being sent to supply the water at complainant address." This is totally false as the water is coming in Gali No.6 and also they have sent any tanker to my house
