Damaged drinking water pipeline

I am a resident of Q-858, Sewa Nagar. A drinking water pipeline is damaged in front of my house. water is leaking from that damaged pipeline. I have lodged the complaint on phone on 28.08.09. since that day I regularly contacting Jal Baord staff but they have not sorted out this problem. JE of Delhi Jal Board said that this work comes under CPWD. but CPWD JE said that this work comes under Delhi Jal Board. in between both have dig the area in front of my house but both of them not ready to repair the damaged pipeline.

kindly look into the matter urgently.
