Faulty bill

I am a dentist practicing in br-56 b shalimar bagh, delhi .i received my bill of rs.1174/- on 03/07 which i paid in the post office.but unfotunately i lost the receipt. the due amount was debited from my account and it is reflected in the statement also. but in the next bill dated 17/09/09 the earlier debited amount was also added. though i have paid the bill, but i have paid the amount twice. please help me to get the refund.
