Sir / madam... for last 15 days, we are getting v dirty &smelly water we made request many times but related authority didn, t pay any attention to our words, now tell us if smthing bad happen who will be responsible we don, t know why officers are so care less... nw do tell where one shd go for taking water or one shd die while taking this type of water...
