Excess paid amount not adjusted

Hi, Myself Ravinder kumar resident of K-35/43-C Gangotri vihar, West Ghonda, Delhi-53,

I have complant regarding exces payment made to jal board Rs.330/= with proof & adjusted by manual but in latest bill this amount add on, when I talk with Mr. Javed-Meter Reader he again promised me that this amount will be adjusted in next bill but this amount not adjusted till data/latest bill. (K NO.1172140178 of Connection)

Pl adjusted this amount & confirm
