Poor Connectivity

Dear Sir,

This complain is addressed to the concerned authorities that the DTC bus service for the Mayur Vihar Phase-II, Delhi-110091 is very dismal. The frequency of the bus route no. 348 & 349 is very less which leaves limited choice to the daily commuters like me and We are forced to avail the services of Blueline or the RTV buses. Everybody knows in Delhi that it is nightmare for the commuters to travel in these buses. The bus route no.325 has already been scrapped long back. While Mayur Vihar Phase-I and Mayur Vihar Phase-III are well connected in terms of DTC bus service, Our colony Mayur Vihar Phase-II has got a raw deal from the DTC authorities.

I, therefore request to the DTC and the transport minister of Delhi to take the corrective measures in this regard and provide a better and more frequent service on route no.325, 348 & 349.What about providing some newly designed non AC green buses and some maroon coloured AC buses on these routes as We see lot of these buses lying idle in East Vinod Nagar DTC bus terminal and elsewere as well.
