We have ordered K-316-AL order no SO/TN02/101297/09-10 DATED 29.04.2009 TRUTEK PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED Royapetta

Advance of Rs2000 paid, the delivery committed one week, when contacted on 14th May, and your staff said the item will not be delivered unless the balance amount is paid, even though we said we will pay at the time of delivery. They insisted the delivery will happen the day we pay the balance.

We paid the balance amount on 15th May 09. Till this moment we have not got the material we have ordered.

I have to contact Mr. Mohan AGM, we reveid the cot after one week, the bottom drawer was received still we are yet to get the guiding rods for the bottom drawer.

My repeated calls not picked. the mail sent to co@nitraa.in bounced back, another mail sent to info@nitraa.in deleted with out opening.

theorder was placed on 29.04.2009 till today the it is not completed.
