Demat ac of icici
A/c not opened-- application missing?

One guy from the ICICI bank came to house and got application filled and signed with photo with address and id proofsbut the a/c was not opened after several months-on enquiry reasons given were address verification etc.

Phones would come again and again but they did not do the right thing.

last time talked to some persons at main place for demat they said address verification pending--when told what is the problem why-- they said application is lost fill up again.

If this is the service to a top management person what is the level of service one can see.
