I had visited a dental doctor by name Dr. Ravi Kumar, his clinic as Denta Care Clinic at Jayanagar 3rd block, as I got some pain in my teeth.

He said he wants to go for root canal treatment and taken the money for rs.2000 regarding the treatment.

I started paining the teeth while root canal is on the way, I informed him about the pain and due to his negligence the iron needle had been broken and kept over there.

I stopped the treatment due to heavy pain and I visited a doctor by name Srinivas at Medwin hospitals at Hyderabad, he analyses and completed the treatment and replace the cap, he informed me about the situation and told that it can be taken away as the broken needle is still situated at the root level.

It started paining each and everyday.

I just want to know how Indian dental association is giving licence to these type of doctors (I mean Ravi Kumar) and what is the situation now for me to react.

I think you can help me out in this situation rather I can approach NHRC for my rights to take precautionary measures
