Dear Sirs/ Madam,

Please refer attached SEF no. Receipt and my talk had with ur executives :

(1) On 08th Sept'09 at 7.10 pm to your Ms. Smita and

(2) On 24 Aug'09 at 05:45 pm to your Mr. Md. Javed

(3) Complain ref. No. 22903292

On 25th July, I paid Rs. 1000/- for want of broadband connection but connection installation is still due

regarding this issue your executives informed Complain ref. No. 22903292 is closed... So please let me know

How issue is closed " by providing the connection or by refunding the amount" and till date I didn't received any refund amount..

Moreover, connection has been provided To Mr. Anish Arora against the payment made by me: His address is :

Now please arrange to deliver by hand as you use to send your agents for collecting new application forms.

I had a very bad experience from your services... please solve the issue on urgent basis... otherwise I will take
