On 25th July, I paid Rs. 1000/- for want of broadband connection but connection installation is still due
regarding this issue your executives informed Complain ref. No. 22903292 is closed... So please let me know
How issue is closed " by providing the connection or by refunding the amount" and till date I didn't received any refund amount..

I had a very bad experience from your services... please solve the issue on urgent basis... otherwise I will take
