Harsh and comenting nature of Drivers

Dear sir

i am a female passenger, daily going with Metro bus following the Route from Uppal to Mehdipatnam, we are all well educated and doing Respectable jobs, this is regarding the reckless behaviour of a driver who is noway concerned to coment us.the bus no is AP28Z1219, and the travelling time is between 10A.M-11 A.M, he responds in a very high tone and coment about us with the conductor without listening to the situation.

you r corperate sector and we do respect the service and know the difficulties, but u were not doing any favour to any passenger and have no write to shout at the passenger loudly, this will be sensitive and hurtful message for the passenger, do maintain valuable services, and train ur staff to maintain good relations, and soft attitude even though it is tough for them to maintain certain things because of hectic load of work and traffic, even though they are at their service and following certain rules and ethics are most important

I hope that this complaint may not be a wauge, but will have necessary action
