Net work problem at home

This is to inform u, regarding the network problem at my residence (ie.billing address).there are many problems with ur network, call disconnect & call droping every time&voice brake, when iam trying to dial or attend the calls, two years ago some person visited my residence from ur company and he told that there is need of booster, but from that there is no response from ur side, iam very much fadeup with ur services. iam using this mobile number (9885304915) since 2005.this pblm is from the begining, i had given many complaints reg this, but never resolved till now.recent complaint reqest no.879106092, pls see that pblm should be solved as early as possible.if not i "ll cancell my connection.
