NON RECEIPT OF MONEY FROM SBI ATM

I am an ATM card holder of Union bank of India, DGMS, Hirapur Branch, Dhanbad Jharkhand.

on 8.8.09 I went for withdrawal of Rsl 4000/- from SBI ATM counter at CMPF office (counter of SBI Jagjiwan Nagar Branch, Dhanbad, Jharkhand). After completion of withdrawal process displayed "TIMED OUT' and neither the amount came out nor the transaction slip from the said ATM.

I went to another SBI ATM and withdrawan Rs. 4000/-. When I saw the balance account it is seen that Rs. 8000/- (Rs. 4000/- twice) debitted from my account. I loded a complain to the UBI, DGMS Hirapur Branch but the same amount has not yet been creditted to my accout.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to return the above amount (RS. 4000) to my account with interest as per the Rerserve Bank of India guidelines.
