My cell phone not working properly

I purchased my cell phone on 10 july and just after 15 days one problem started i.e. AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF... then i gave it to the concerned service centre... repeatedly for 5 times but the problem still persists... even the behaviour of the service centre manager was not up to the mark... even today also the cell phone is lying in the service centre itself...
