I have given my off white, pure crape kashmiri work saree, worth rs 80000/-, to the white tiger dry cleaners in south motibagh new delhi, they have discoloured it.earlier it was off white in colour and now it's, light brownish.i've told them several times, i had a talk with ms mendiratta, the manager there, she said i'll get back to u, but she never gave me a call, but i am still waiting. whenever i give her a call, she just says that she'll get back, which she never. they now offering 1500 rs of free coupons, but i don't want this i want my 8000rs the cost of my saree.pls help me.i'll be waiting for ur reply.
