Dry Clean

I, B. Sudha Rani working for TCS, very much frostated with my nearby dry clean shop. I bought a saree for my mother from my 1st salary. It was her favoite also. She never trust dry clean.so, since last 4 yrs she never opt for dry lean, but i assured her. I got that saree to bhubaneswar for dry clean. The saree had small patches at 6/7 places. The color of the saree was italic silver color and had small patches with light brown color. I ask the owner of dry clean to clear the patches but she said that is not possible and also it won't spead further. But when i went there to collect my mom's saree i was shocked. The color of the saree was totally changed. The wife & husband are not ready to accept their fault. Even i carry my reception photos as my mom wear the same saree on that day. But they r not ready to see those snaps and in return the lady told me that we wash the saree in hand wash and then we gave it to them. I am really frosted with all this. I have grt emotion with that saree as that was with my 1st salary and also my mom wore that on my reception. I just ant this should not happen with others also.

I want to raise this issue at Consumer Court. I need info regarding this.
