Digital Camera Kodak C-180 Order No 7770045673
Delivery not as promised

I booked the C-180 Kodak Digital Camera on 17/08 thro my SBI card and the Order No was 7770045673. Mr Amit, who attended me on telephone said that the Item will be delivered on or before 24th Aug. I booked the same only with this assurance. Even, I gave him one more order immediately with Order No 7770045678 on the name Mr Vinod Kumar Sharma thr' Barclay Card.

When I asked the progress of the said consignments, I got the reply from Mr Sarabjeet Singh at 17.30hrs on 23/08, that it is not even flashing on the Order List? He further said that the delivery time is 3-4 weeks, this was NEWS to me. I have narrated the same to Mr Sarabjeet who promised me to get 'appropriate' action on this.

I would like to mention here that it gave us a feeling of 'Cheating' by so renowned 'Living Media Pvt Ltd' to get the Booking on false promises.

My daughter's birthday is on 24th Aug (tomorrow) and my friend Mr Vinod's marriage anniversary is falling on 26th Aug.

We thought that we shall give a pleasant surprise to our near and dear ones but in fact we ourselves are in 'unpleasant surprise' by your sales team.

Please send the Cameras at earliest.
