CHEATED BY THE BIGGEST CHEATER and 420 DINESH JOSHI

Hi,

I am Riddhi Acharya. I had approached Dinesh Joshi, of Jyotish Darpan, at his Jaipur Office, to get a print out of my Birth Chart, since he prepares Birth chart of Future Point. This man, is a big cheater and unscrupulous. He threatened me that my career is in problem. He advised me to wear some stones in my finger. He charged me 77, 000/ for the stone. He asked me to wear it in my middle finger to avoid the misfortune. I paid him my hard earned money to him. I asked for the bill, for which he told me that he is having one office at Surat, Gujarat and that the bill will be sent by courier to me from Surat office. It has been more than 7 years, he is just avoiding me. In the mean time, I contacted a Government Registered Lab, for verification of the Stone. I AM IN TEARS TO KNOW THAT THE STONE IS AN ARTIFICIAL STONE. I immediately tried contacting his number. His mobile number is 9314508549. I was told by him that he is in Surat and that he will be returning to Jaipur next month on 2nd. I waited for the 2nd of the next month. When I tried calling him, on 2nd of the next month, he informed me that he had already visited Jaipur, in the last week of the previous month and that he will be visiting Jaipur in the last week of the current month. This he continued for the last 3 years. He is just avoiding meeting me. When I had a talk with him on his cell, he asked me to calm down and speak to him politely. I told him that he has cheated me and that he should return my money back. Now I am threatened by some unwanted calls on my contact number by some of his GOONDAS. The caller uses filthy language and threatens. Is this the way, LADIES should be treated?? Please help me to get my hard earned money from this CHEATER. At every time, whenever I have visited this Cheater's office, I have found several others sitting there CRYING for their money as even they were cheated. One man was cheated for about 1, 50, 000/ I wonder how this man is at a reach from the police authorities. Please help me to get my money back.
