I received a call from Dining Plus yesterday morning wherein they informed me about the products and benefits they have for the customers. They informed that a booklet of the offers shall be sent to the subscribers. when asking about any charge for that it was informed that there is no charge on it as it is given to the previlege customers only. they asked that they need mu credit card number for that. I spoke to the SBI if any transcation can happen in such case if I give a Credit card number or the expiry date to someone. I was informed that no transaction can happen without the cvv number or the one time password.

Today I somehow found a debit of Rs 5499 on my credit card against the same company. On speaking to both SBI and Dining Plus, my money is not being recovered. Please help in getting my money back...
