Wrongful RCI Banking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Club Mahindra Member(#44503) since 2005 and for the first time i used my holidays for a week at munnar (16-7-09 to 20-7-09), Thekkady (20-7-09) and Kodaikanal (20-7-09 to 22-7-09). I made a booking for the same by Mr. santosh, a club mahindra staff in chalam towers office, Dr. R.K.Salai, chennai.

Now, i received a holiday utilization statement from club mahindra, which states RCI Banking for one week. I did not understand it, so i went and met Mr. santosh at club mahindra office, R.K.Salai, chennai on 18-07. To my utter dismay and shock i understood what RCI banking is and surprised how it was in my account statement, when i never ever authorized any one to bank my holidays. I never sent any request by mail or by e-mail. This is totally absurd and erronious statement. This is totally unacceptable and it is illegal to take my holidays and bank it to RCI/ or to any one, without my consent and approval.

I expect u to take immediate action and RECREDIT the one week (wrongful RCI banking of one week) into my club mahindra account(# 44503).

and i urge u to take necessary steps against the irresponsible and unproffessional staff, so that these type of mistakes wont happen to any other club mahindra members.
