No starting the channel

I’m rama nad ojha from Biswan Sitpapur (U.P.) and our V.C. no.01507000319, I purchased DishTV connection of oct08 and from may09 month, I’m continuously facing “after starting the t.v within few seconds massage display on screen” pls.call custmore care"problem and chanell is stop.
