Set top box stoped working within just one month from the purchase date

Dear sir,

i have purched new dishtv connection in june from Sanjay Electricals, Pimpari, Pune, maharashtra, india.

initialy the set top box supplied was not catching all the signals and after few days it stoped working. Now when I talk about replacement of the same he asks for the money
