NON-ACCESSIBILITY OF 'ON-LINE RENEWAL' FACILITY THROUGH CREDIT CARD

I am an existing subscriber of DISHTV INDIA. My VC No. is 01500188292. Since last five days I am trying hard to renew my subscription on-line through Credit Card. Each time, the required page for giving Bank & Credit Card details does not open and as a result, I can not pay my renewal. Interestingly, instead of acknowledging their fault and taking corrective measures, they advise me to check with Bank for my Credit Card condition.

Earlier also I had experienced same thing. It may be presumed that DISHTV India is run by a very bureaurocratic and complacent attitude, does not bother much for customers. In this regard, several e-mails were sent, but they have never replied.
