Dish Tv set up box
No response from Customer care

I am an Dish tv customer. I am using this from last 3 years. But now Set up box is not working. I camplained customer care by mail 2 months back and got an complain number for the same after 15 days of my complain. Now already one month over but still no body is responding to that.

In this regard what can be done.
