Cheating consumers

I am consumer of hp gas & gets gas from ur dealer DIVYA JYOTI GAS AGENCY EAST VINOD NAGAR DELHI 110091. Day before yesterday i received a letter form the dealer in which he has asked us to pay Rs/- 40 per connection for inspection of LPG installation. Let me tell u sir that I had installed my gas some ten years back, there is no need to check it again moreever most of your consumers are literate they are more concern about their safety, your dealer had sent a illitrate non qualified representative to check, what is their mondus oprendy is that they brust the pipe in the middle so one is forced to purchase the pipe from them, besides that one has to pay Rs/- 40. If anything happens e.g pipe burst then are you responsible, are u going to pay the consumer. No is your answer so what for u are checking. Consumer is much more concern about his safety. Second thing I would like to know name & address of information officer under whon I will file an RTI (right to information act 2005).
