Not ready to finish product

Hi

I purchased Double Bed from Diya furniture, Noida which they promised to deliver in 7 days but they took almost 1 full month. We kept on going to their shop and they always sent us back by saying that it will be done tomorrow and their tomorrow luckily came after a month i.e, 13th October.

They delivered us an unfinished product after a month and said that they will send their carpenter to finish the bed at my place and took full money from us. Now they are saying that they will not complete the product and using abusive language. Double Bed is in pathetic condition and requires final finishing touch. We have nothing in hand as we already paid them in full and as a result we got unfinished product
