FAULTY D-LINK ADSL 2 ROUTER

I have an D-Link ADSL 2 ROUTER (sr no:*06E172009845). But main problem is that this router have various problem and does not work properly.when 1 st problem arrise i send this in authorised kolkata (purnodas road) service center then this modem work properly for a few days then again problem arrise. After that same problem arrised again then i send this again. But when i get this from service center they cant do anything so problem is still. I think service center could not take tis sereiously. I want some fair result kindly give some reply.
