Old cloth sold as new by D MART MALAD

Sir,

I bought a pair of stretchable trousers on 18th Septemberfrom D mart Malad and I find that it was used/second hand with visible evidence of damage and repair. It is ridiculous for a shop to sell used clothe as new. The bill for Rs. 269/ is with me. I have sent a complaint to you a week back but go no response.

Please take immediate action against the shop as this is outright cheating.
