Amount deducted from Debit Card but not shown in Dmart

I prchse around Rs.2338 and i make payment by debit card but they said you have insuffidient fund then i went to ATM and check my balance its showing deduction of Rs.2338 i indicate this matter to their supervisor Hitesh Nachre he said bring your account mini statement then we will issue the letter, but they are not co-ordinating me properly. Kindly help me.

i have lodge first complaint of my life against anybody, i also want to see how this forum help the customers.
