Third party transfe

Hi,

I am, Dhasarathan. K, i have SB account in our State Bank of India, Tamilnadu. I have my account in my permenent resident. But i am working in out of my permenent resident. I created DMAT account before 4monts through State Bank Of India. But still i am not able to access my DMAT account, due to Third party transfer enabling. I called to customer care of SBI, they requested to visit Home branch. i am not having leave on week days, even i got personal leave on my company and went to my native place. There i asked to Bank manager, but he simply say that " The forms misplaced somewhere come on another day". As an private company employee, how i can get the leave again.

Please kindly guide me to make an action for the irresponsible manager of that bank, Otherwise change the entire process in online.
