Message on mobile

Hi, I received DM-TIME message that I received $2500/- cash and call below number. Normally I do not react to these messages but I did so this time.

It gave me some number to call 43820893319. I dialed. It went to automatic IVR system. It asked me to press 1 for English language then it started asking to register mobile number. Before that it asked me to enter 1 twice, I though some problem in IVR.I suddently realised something wrong so I disconnected.By that time my phone bill was Rs. 200. Can u please look into this? It looks like lot of people getting these messages. Not sure what is this but looks to be something wrong.
