NON DELIVERY OF NEWS PAPER

This is to complain that I had subsribed the news paper and paid for one year subscription. As committed by them I was waiting for the paper from Oct 1st 08. Previous week they verified my address and thought it would be delivered. The person who verified sounded like and office boy with Tamil accent could not even pronounce names and streetes properly. Now on 3rd Oct by not receiving the paper tried to call their number given by them. It was switched off contnuously. Now it is coming not in use.

DNA atleast should announce that it owuld be delayed or not going to relase and refund the money. We do not hear anything now and we take this as cheating the consumer.

Request can Government and court - law authorities take action against them and pass orders accordingly
