MISSHANDLING AND STOPAGE TIME AT TOLL GATE

Dear Sir,

I want to request to you kindly take the strong action against above company for Toll Gate handling.

Every time on any day we have to wait for 20-35 Mintus for pass the Toll gate due to slow and misshandling.

No budy looks and manage the vehicles lines for passing the toll gate. Specially Call center car drivers they always break the lines and hit to other vehicles.

Toll gate seurity persons always standing on gate only. No budy see the missmanagement.

Due to this problem we always wait for minimum 20-35 mintus at both side of toll gate.

If they manage the lines we can save more time and most important FUEL of the vehicles.
