Non receipt of document

Dear Sir,

I am supposed to be receiving a document from ABN AMRO bank AWB No.0578329888, which was supposed to be delivered to me on 16 January however as of now I still have not recieved yhe document, moreover nobody seems interested to answer the call when I dial the numbers listed on the web site.

I totally understand that there could be a delay however, negligience to assist is certainly not acceptable,

Hoping something would be done at the earliest.
