Non delievery- hesitate to delievery

Sir,

We supposed to get claim letter and amount from Star Health and Allied Insurance fform Chennai to

Patient Mrs, Malliga., main road, paruthikkudi, kumbakonam

Since the letter has been sent by Star health, the address located only 8 km from Kumbakonam

it was not delievered and informed via mobile that they could not able to delievery it.

When we visited and asked Kumbakonam proffessional courier office, they keep on telling only the area delievery boy can give the letter.

later 15 th of May we asked, they simply said, it has been returned to sender,

so far they booked the letter, and get amount, they hesitate the deliever it more over they returned

it with out any sense of service and important of the document,
