Delivery of service is too much late

I am very sorry to say about your service. Pls. note that on 20.06.2008 you have collect a document from Kolkata document no. K28498453 for delivery at Navi Mumbai at RCP.But it is surprise to know that it is still undelivered till now.
Generally in four days it would be come by road & you are running a courier company. Very very worst service.
Earlier also I have suffered from this pain by you.
I want to know one thing which is you deliver the document by Road or by Air. I think you deliver it by Road.
Further I would request to you please don't collect the document if you don't have ability to deliver it within time, because by this a lot of business.
