Non receipt of document

Dear sir/madam

I have sent a speed post containing some urgent documents (No. EL605435796) from indian railway (Palakkad, Kerala.) on 8th July at Village-Challisery, Post-Challissery, District-PALAKKAD (KERALA.). They told me that it will reach within 3 days, but till now my party at Durgapur has not recieved the same. As it is extremely urgent for reaching that post in short time I request to the concerned officer to take a look into the matter.
