No delivery after 48 hours

Sir,

In putting trust of a reputed courier company my nephew has sent me a post from MUMBAI on 09/05/09 at 1.00PM with full address & mobile no. My booking no is 12217620951.He told that on Monday before 4.00pm you will get it. I have not receive on Monday. I wait for Tuesday afternoon. But I Will not receive the same. I have made an inquiry at Mumbai office, they told me that on Monday delivery boy visited at 3.25 pm but no body is there, but i draw to your kind attention that the whole family is at home due to vacation. No body come for delivery. They said that you will get it on Tuesday as the boy left at 10.00 am for delivery. At 6.00pm I have not recive the same parcel. I tried to contact on A'bad office phone no 40002525/40002501/40002510 given from Mumbai office for inquiry but no response for more than 50 times i have tried. At last i personally visit to your main office, contact the officer, and he said that your post has not attended today. So look into the matter seriously and inform me the reason why the post has not delivered, which contains important papers.

I have read one pemphlet at your office where you write that if you not received within given time we pay back charge to you. so please refund the charge by cheque to me or to my nephew.
