GAS NOT RECEIVED FROM 20 DAYS

We have booked gas cylinder on 08-12 now the date is 27-12 till date we did not receive the cylinder sinec 20 days when we call again on 17-12-08 they says no booking in our record, we again booked vide booking is 41329, after one week when not received we again visit thair office and again they said no booking in our record and we 3rd time booked vide booking no 53859 and they are committed we will be delivered within 3 to 4 day’s this problem we are facing mostly also they are not even lifting the telephones. My gas agents name is Amit Gas Agency L-2 Kalkaji DDA Flat New Delhi -110019. My consumer number is 602250. so please do the needful.
