code No (unable to make out last four digit 1760).

I simply fail to understand yours is a navratna company

and the distributor you have chosen in my area is a

real pain in ass, come what may, will never pickup the

phone to take gas booking request. Some of my neighbours

who have connection with H P C L are very very comfortable

as they have this comupterised booking system which automatically takes the booking and generates the serial number.

Sir, I request with folded hands to please introduce the computer

booking system in our area at the earliest.

I also request you to provide me the mobile number of this

distributor so that I can contact him on his mobile and get my

booking done till such time navratna company like yours introduces computerised booking system in my area.
