Cylinder Not Supplied

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Consumer No: AI9625

Dealer name: ANUSHKA INDANE (Nerul West, Navi Mumbai - 400 706)

I have given request dated on 30th Sept to supply full cylinder, but till date (16.10.2008) i have not received the same.

Regarding this 5-6 times i have given the complaints to that dealer, but we have not received the proper responce / respect from the personels.

Kindly do the needful to get the cylinder in time & take necessory action with the dealer.
