Domestic gas connection
Issue of second cylende

Sir,

I am the customer of Dhamdhere Gas agency, Pune.

I have a single cylender gas connection.

I want second cylender, but agency asking me to come after 2 months every time from last ten months.

I think they are doing it deleberately. Is there is any rule to disclose on notice board the availability of second cylender. If yes and they are not doing the same, where complaint to be lodge.

Advise me suitably.
