Delay in Refil Delivery

I booked for refil on dated 13th Sep 09 but till date it has not been delivered inspite of various reminders. Even I have visited there local office many times and compliant personnely to the Manager incharge.

This is a regular affair at this agency and we are suffering a lot. They have never delivered refils before 40 days of booing. Also we need to chase and do regular follow up for delivery evey time. Request you to look into this matter and take necessary action on this.
