No Proper Drainage in Gayathrinagar 9th cross

Drainage is not provided properly in Gayathrinagar 9th cross because of which rain water stands in front of the house, due to which there is mosquito menace. Also the neighbouring resident has levelled the space between their respective houses and road as per his convinience, because of which the rain water stands in front of our house. Also the neighbouring resident is not co-operative enough to correct this problem and does goodaism...

I would kindly request the BBMP to have a look at site to have a clear idea of the problem and provide a suitable solution.
