My Self Gaurav Gupta from Saharanpur. I applied for railway ticket agent last month but done card service is very-2 poor & so dear customer please don't apply for e-ticket agent through DONECARD.
i talked to done card's Customer care & Lucknow Branch also but they didnt give any positive response
