Gprs settings

I am using airtel services. I am using the dopod-c720w model. I wanted to access the gprs service of airtel, but the customer care says they dont have the related settings. I would like to know whether i must change my mobile or change the service of airtel itself.

If they dont have the particular settings they can take some technical help from their respective department
