Cheque with incomplete signatures given for full & final settlement

I was given a cheque (number 131638) of Rs. one lakh eighty nine thousand six hundred and twenty four only on 23/07/09 by Mr Amit Rana (9871700909), Pro Vice Chairman of DPS Panipat City (www.dpspanipatcity.com) drawn on Axis Bank Panipat. It was therefore dis-honoured by the Axis Bank and returned to my bank (Bank of India, Malai Mandir, New Delhi).

Now I have sent a notice to Mr. Amit Rana on his email, he is not responding.

I feared earlier that the cheques will not be credited in my account and now fears have been proved right.
